I requested a quote and within 20 minutes the owner responded and came out the same day. What I liked about the owner is that the whole process was fast, simple, and easy. Before reaching out to Mc Duct Cleaning I was in contact with another company who quoted me one price, but after I scheduled service they informed me that my job may require two technicians at an additional cost.

With Mc Duct, I didn't have to worry about hidden fees, add on sales, or bait and switch pricing. What I was charged is what I was quoted.

The technician that cleaned my dryer vent was quick, professional, and knew what he was doing. He even took pictures for me from the roof, which was pretty cool.

After reading the many great customer reviews on yelp. I called Jesse for a quote and scheduled a cleaning. I was surprised how much dust and debris came out of our master bath inlet duct, beyond a pleated filter. Three years ago we had a new shower installed, messy job. I remember
changing the filter after the job was completed, it was filthy. I was glad the filter had caught all the dust......not hardly, quite a bit ended up in the ducting, beyond the filter. Jesse did a great job on all our household & dryer ducts. I would highly recommend McDuct cleaning & chimney sweep.

The day before Thanksgiving, we desperately needed to get our dryer air duct cleaned because it was so clogged (unbeknownst to us) that it helped destroy our dryer. So we bought a new washer/dryer set and soon realized that the duct was the issue! After calling over 10 different companies, Jesse from MC Duct Cleaning and Chimney Sweep was able to come later in the afternoon. We were beyond thrilled. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Sadly, stuff like this isn't always cheap, but this company was competitive with others!

Jesse also came back a few days later and added a screen to our vent (see photos) to help get the duct cleared out more often and clogged way less. That cost was competitive as well ($125). If it saves us from having to buy another dryer, then the cost was worth it. We weren't thrilled to have to spend the money on everything right before Christmas, but finding a company to help right away and be so helpful made it a bit better! We will definitely be using them again to clean the duct out when it needs to be done!
